Grade 5/6 teachers to administer F n P testing with SST assistance. Grade 7 teachers will identify individuals at low levels to test. F n P testing was administered to lower level Grade 5 students to check for improvement. Math Screeners will be implemented and data collected for grades 5-9 students. New screener used in Grade 9. New Screeners to be implemented in Fall 2025. All Spring data was collected and graphed. Lower level readers have been identified and started Lexia - Power Up. 25 Licences for IXL have been distributed to students in Grade 5-9. Grade 5 and Grade 6 interventions/groupings are running for ELA and Math, separated by academic/behaviour needs. There was clear improvement in test scores. Students received more support due to strategic scheduling. With additional support, teachers were able to meet students at their learning level and enrich material for students who were excelling. We will continue using this strategy in 2025-2026. |

Staff PGP aligned with the goal. The office sent out messaging to engage all families in September and will continue to encourage use during SLCs in November. Grade 9 transition meeting, including parents and students. Communication with families and admin to ensure student success. Admin check-in with students continually throughout the year. CCS Edsby Update and CCS Newsletter continue to be updated to keep parents aware of student activities and school events. Student-led conferences were adapted to create an inclusive environment. We had a location where parents could get Edsby help, play Pickleball, have supper sponsored by our SCC, and communicate with staff and the administration. Students of CCS have the garden planted for harvest in the fall.

Robert Severight- Coming to CCS to work with Indigenous and non-Indigenous students Clifford Crane- Land based learning opportunities at Madge. Robert Severight building a drum for CCS and creating a drum group. This was highlighted during our National Indigenous Peoples Day in June 2025. 2. Created an agriculture committee that sets the direction for our programs. Students are getting involved in the programming. Staff will work on offering more opportunities for students to explore agriculture. Utilized “Think” events to explore careers in Agriculture and related careers. 3. Used grant funds to implement hydroponics into our building. We tested these in the spring and our Environmental Studies class will be using them to learn and meet their educational outcomes. The kitchen is providing students with commercial cooking opportunities and allowing students to learn life skills crucial for their development.

Grade 10-12 have one to one technology and have clear expectations to either bring their own device or use GSSD chromebooks. In January additional chromebooks will arrive and students in 5-9 will have close to one to one. Sask DLC are located in the junior computer lab, this is providing an improved space for students having to complete classes online. |

We have hosted two silver donation Pancake breakfasts. “Fresh Cookie Friday” are baked by volunteers and Commercial Cooking students throughout the year. Pancake Breakfast/Meet the Teacher - Sept. 6 - 7:45-9:00 School Counsellor involvement in all grades. Reaching out to families when needed. We also had students attend the Think Business event in Yorkton in November. December 20th - Student/staff Christmas lunch. SCC worked with our staff to put on our annual Christmas supper. SCC members and parents worked together to raise funds and help prepare the food for the event.
