Fostering connections and supporting transitions	Pre-teaching technological literacy so that they are prepared for if and when they attend online school. Connecting with the Hutterian community through parent-teacher interviews, Christmas concerts, BBQs, wiener roasts, Easter parties, Valentine's parties, weekly coffee with the families, Mother's Day activities, Father's Day activities, field's day, and more.	I continued to connect with my school community through many activities. We had parent-teacher interviews, a Christmas party, and activities, a Valentine's party, an Easter party, two wiener roasts, one bush pie party, Mother's Day activities, Father's Day activities, weekly coffee with school families, monthly coffee with other colony members, and more. Field's Day has been postponed to a later date due to weather. I am continuing to connect with my school community through activities during and after school. Valuing input from students, families, staff, and the community	Regular communication with the German teacher and Minister. Regular communication with other colony members Weekly visits with families to answer any questions or concerns that they might have.	I have weekly or bi-weekly conversations with the German teacher to discuss everything. I speak with the colony Minister/boss whenever the time allows us to have a conversation. I go for coffee at school student's houses either every week or every other week to talk to parents and answer any questions that they have.
