Math Screeners will be implemented and data collected for grades 5-9 students. New screener used in all grades. We will continue to use the old screener to ensure we can track math data. Lower level readers have been identified and started Lexia - Power Up. 175 Licences for IXL have been distributed to students in Grade 5-9 to support ELA and Math. Classroom Complexity teacher is assisting staff and students. Interventions/groupings are running for ELA and Math, separated by academic/behaviour needs. |

Staff PGP aligned with the goal. The office sent out messaging to engage all families in September and will continue to encourage use during SLCs in November. Grade 9 transition meeting, including parents and students. Communication with families and admin to ensure student success. Admin check-in with students continually throughout the year. CCS Edsby Update and CCS Newsletter continue to be updated to keep parents aware of student activities and school events. Student-led conferences were adapted to create an inclusive environment. We had a location where parents could get Edsby help, play Pickleball, have supper sponsored by our SCC, and communicate with staff and the administration. One to one technology

Grade 9-12 have one to one technology and have clear expectations to either bring their own device or use GSSD chromebooks. Grades 5-8 all have one to one but store their Chromebooks at school in their classroom carts. Students only use the Chromebook with their name on them. Sask DLC is located in the junior computer lab, this is providing an improved space for students having to complete classes online. Attendance is taken. |

Grade 5-7 are using flexible groupings with additional support in the Elementary end. Classroom Complexity Teacher is supporting staff and students Adapting to our school needs and placing supports where needed most. MathUp- GSSD sending out coaches to implement MathUp onboarding Grade 9-12 Assessment PD taking place at beginning of year and during PD sessions in November. Working on utilizing Blooms Taxonomy to breakdown outcomes and indicators Shawn Kostiuk has been working with staff providing feedback and advice on tech in the classroom. |

We currently have four families that do not have at least one active caregiver on Edsby. We have offered parents to bring in their phones to trouble shoot and included IT when needed. Elementary School continues to have one form of communication (Edsby) This should impact CCS in the future. Some parents are against having another platform on their phone. |
