Improving Student Outcomes |
Foster a Collaborative Response Model with Admin, SST, CCT and CT to support targeted RTI responses. Creation of a Learning Hub that is designed specifically for students who benefit from a whole-person approach and a smaller learning community environment, where they can study and complete coursework with the support of a teacher liaison. Students still work with their core subject area teachers but can seek out their teacher liaison as needed to ensure outcomes are met and learning opportunities are conducive to the learner. Learning in the Hub is structured around students’ needs, and allows students to transition between different types of programming as required. Incorporates blended learning and differentiated instructional praxis. Improve attendance through through individualized programming and alternative learning spaces. |
Creation of the Learning Hub enables us to connect with learners where they are at, and to support their needs moving forward in a Saskatchewan Education Program by:
