Focusing on educational approaches that prioritize student success	I will attend SHEA conference, October 2023 and necessary PD to support best practice in instructional methods for a colony school. I will continue to to network with the other Hutterian school teachers. I will also continue to meet with GSSD consultants, especially for ELA	I attended SHEA Conference and implemented the lessons, resources and best practice learned. Fostering connections and supporting transitions	Fostering transitions by providing instruction on technology for if/ when they go to online school.
