I will attend SHEA conference, October 2023 and necessary PD to support best practice in instructional methods for a colony school. I will continue to to network with the other Hutterian school teachers. I will also continue to meet with GSSD consultants, especially for ELA |
I attended SHEA Conference and implemented the lessons, resources and best practice learned. I networked with the GSSD Hutterian teachers and a few from other divisions for ELA, ART and Social Studies resources. |

Allocating resources to ensure there are appropriate and engaging books in the school library. Continue to use the GSEC library for bi-weekly delivery of new books. I will also arrange for guest speakers, ex. Ag in the Classroom. Prioritizing educational resources and budgeting appropriately. |
